An opportunity exists for a bright and enthusiastic graduate with 2 years experience in a Business Analysis position. Your role will be to gather business requirements, write functional specifications, take responsibility for progressing technical and non-technical projects through the full solution cycle stages, designing and implementing the technical solution and testing this on a variety of platforms for clients.Candidates will need min 2 years in a similar position, ideally gained in the financial services sector with the ability to draft technical documents precisely and create business models in Excel.You will need excellent mathematical and analytical skills with strong written and oral communication skills. Candidates must be happy working in a small entreprenurial company and have the flexibility and creativity to work on multiple projects similtaneously in an organised manner. Candidates must have a 2.1 or First from a top university and have good A-Levels. Candidates must have min 2+ years experience in a client facing role, gathering requirements and preparing specification documents with 2 years developing MS technologies. Any XML or XSLT experience is highly desirable.
